We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented (Corporate Sales Specialist) to drive the growth of our business.

Responsibilities include:

Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed targets.

Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their learning and development goals.

Present offerings to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide informed and strategic recommendations to clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process and beyond.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the training industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
