We are looking for a highly driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in both mobile applications and e-commerce performance marketing, with deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and growth strategies within the Saudi market.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
  • Manage performance campaigns for both mobile applications and e-commerce businesses
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS targets
  • Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel performance
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
  • Track and report campaign results with actionable insights
  • Manage app attribution and analytics platforms
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and scaling strategies
  • Optimize acquisition, retention, and conversion campaigns
  • Stay updated with market trends and platform updates in the Saudi market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Markete
  • Strong experience in mobile app marketing and e-commerce campaigns
  • Hands on experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust
  • Experience with analytical and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and data analysis
  • Experience working in startups or fast paced environments
  • Good understanding of the Saudi market and user behavior
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Arabic and English proficiency is required
