JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to

• Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars. This involves scheduling training events, arranging venues, coordinating with trainers or facilitators, and ensuring that all necessary resources and materials are available.

• Manage the logistical aspects of training, such as maintaining training records, tracking participant attendance, evaluating training effectiveness, handle registration processes, and communicate training schedules to employees.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback from participants. Analyze the results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future training initiatives.

• Work closely with department managers, trainers, and employees to ensure training needs are met. Communicate training schedules, program updates, and other relevant information to stakeholders. Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants when necessary.
