Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes while managing on site staff effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring that the project remains within financial constraints.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in construction or site management roles, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Possession of industry specific certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing large scale construction projects, showcasing the ability to handle complexity and high stakes environments.
