Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, المنصبed in the Kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. With 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurants with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a spa. We are seeking a dynamic and professional Specialty Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Umluj, المملكة العربية السعودية. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our specialty dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards and foster a positive work environment
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and budgets while implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations specific to المملكة العربية السعودية and international standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty through personalized service
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors to maintain quality standards for specialty cuisine offerings
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, staff schedules, and inventory documentation
  • Customize dining experiences to meet customer preferences while upholding restaurant standards
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of progressive restaurant management experience, preferably in specialty or fine dining establishments
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume service environments with diverse customer bases
  • Strong knowledge of specialty cuisines and food and beverage operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Excellent staff supervision and team leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent
  • Solid understanding of budget management, financial analysis, and cost control strategies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with inventory management and vendor relationship coordination
  • Experience planning and executing special events and promotional programs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of local المملكة العربية السعوديةn regulations and cultural considerations in hospitality (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations
