As Assistant Front Office Manager, I will support all directives on environmental protection and preservation, reuse and minimum wastage, purchasing and packaging such as the abolition of single use plastic. I will support the Sustainability Guidelines as they relate to my department and set goals to improve my performance.

Operational Ownership

In this role, I will manage the efficient operation of my department to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget. I will work strategically with the Front Office Manager to develop cohesive and productive goals for my department and establish procedures and guidelines to achieve them. I will maintain an overall consistency of the الشركة's vision and quality/standards, developing concepts consistent with brand identity.

Scope of Work
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
  • Focus on the rejuvenation of my department.
  • Continuously assess and review processes to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Assess and review room amenities, services, products and rates to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to LQA standards through regular presence on the property.
  • Lead a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide Six Senses' exceptional standards of operation and service.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure, and carry out effective service recovery when necessary.
  • Work in partnership with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure guests' needs are determined, met and oversee the smooth operation of arrivals and departures.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property, including types of rooms, rates, packages, credit policy and reservation coding.
  • Act on the property's policy on guaranteed reservations and no shows, and process advance deposits on reservations.
  • Track future room availabilities and determine room rates based on the property's selling tactics.
  • Assist in managing the guest history and profile system in conjunction with the Reservations Manager.
  • Implement, review and maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, and product/service standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, and comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure clear, effective interaction and communication between departments to support the smooth running of the property.
  • Carry out all activities ethically, honestly and within the parameters of local law.
  • Control the department's budget, strictly adhere to costs and continually monitor and control expenses to drive profitability while preserving required standards.
  • Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to the department.
  • Attend or conduct designated meetings and briefings as instructed by the General Manager with a two way flow of pertinent information.
  • Perform any additional duties given by the General Manager.
