Job Summary
Gentelle Hotel Supplies الشركة Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist – Store Operations to oversee showroom and online sales activities, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes sales performance management, staff supervision, inventory control, and close coordination with marketing and operations teams.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets for showroom and online channels
•Deliver excellent customer service and manage escalated customer issues
•Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff performance
•Oversee daily showroom operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, and displays)
•Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
•Handle online store operations, including product listings, pricing, and availability
•Monitor online orders, fulfillment, packing, and delivery timelines
•Implement promotions and maintain attractive in-store and online displays
•Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and sales initiatives
•Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management
•Support business growth initiatives while maintaining brand standards

Key Requirements:
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and store operations
•At least 3 years in a similar role
•Proven experience in the KSA market
•Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
•Proficient in MS Excel and sales reporting
•Highly organized, disciplined, and target-driven
•Ability to manage both showroom and online sales channels
