About the Product

FIS Data Integrity Manager is a SWIFT-accredited, AI-powered reconciliation platform that simplifies and automates data integrity processes across financial institutions. It helps clients reduce manual matching by up to 73%, cut operational costs, and improve oversight and compliance. The solution supports high-volume transaction environments and integrates seamlessly with existing systems to deliver real-time visibility, exception management, and audit-ready controls.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll lead new business development for FIS's reconciliation solutions in المملكة العربية السعودية and the broader GCC region. You'll work with banks, insurers, and financial institutions to modernize their back-office operations, reduce risk, and improve data accuracy through automation and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition across المملكة العربية السعودية and the GCC, focusing on reconciliation and data integrity solutions.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional market dynamics and client needs.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges and المنصب FIS solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal product, solution, and delivery teams to craft compelling, client-specific proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM (Dynamics) and report on pipeline health and performance.
  • Stay informed on regional regulatory developments and operational trends.
  • Promote the full suite of FIS reconciliation offerings, including managed services and cloud-based deployment.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven sales experience in financial technology, ideally in reconciliation, data integrity, or back-office automation.
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial operations in the Middle East.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic a strong advantage).
  • A well-established network within financial institutions in المملكة العربية السعودية and the GCC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative, client-الأول approach to business development.
