Duties and Responsibilities

  • 40% Sales Activities: Understanding customer needs and offering support/solution after discussion and approval from seniors.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
  • 25% Customer Support: Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints.
  • 25% Collection: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • 10% Reporting: Timely reports to Sales Supervisors.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ideal Experience/Knowledge: 3-5 years (preferably in the rice industry).
  • Other Key Attributes: Basic computer skills, Good written and verbal communication skills, Languages: English, Hindi (Arabic preferred), Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Understanding of the الشركة and its المنصب in the market.
