We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support business process analysis and functional requirements gathering, contributing to the design of effective solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Hybrid working model at the client's office.

• Collaborate strategically with stakeholders at all levels, leading the definition of business needs and translating them into complex functional requirements for scalable, high-value Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee and optimize advanced platform customization by coordinating configurations, workflows, Process Builder automations, advanced reporting, and dashboards, ensuring alignment with best practices while minimizing the need for custom development.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that implemented solutions fully meet functional requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
• Deliver advanced training and mentoring activities, supporting key users and internal teams in the effective adoption of the platform and promoting the Salesforce culture across the organization.
• Analyze data, metrics, and process performance to proactively identify optimization opportunities, propose system improvements, and drive the ongoing evolution of the platform.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong analytical mindset and teamwork skills
