Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager, based in Jeddah. The individual in this المنصب will develop and oversee the implementation of quality control and assurance processes for MEP works, ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards, and conduct audits and inspections. The role includes managing quality documentation, evaluating construction materials, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure adherence to specifications and schedules. Additionally, the manager will provide guidance and training to personnel on quality assurance procedures and assist in resolving any quality-related issues onsite.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and related processes in MEP systems.
• Technical skills in reviewing design and engineering documents, along with proficiency in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Strong capabilities in project management, problem-solving, and team coordination to maintain quality standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with project teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry, with familiarity in high-value infrastructure projects and MEP systems, is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and certifications like ISO 9001 is advantageous.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technical drawing programs is a plus.
