Role Description

Spirit for Training and Consulting is seeking a motivated Corporate Training Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Jubail, المملكة العربية السعودية. The representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting corporate training solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and their value to organizational development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research and client needs analysis
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Relevant professional experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
