The role is in place to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and develop property-specific operating strategies that achieve the required standards.
They must be responsible for managing several operational contracts on behalf of the client, overseeing the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g., direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals.

Your responsibilities will includeYou will have a degree qualification in electrical engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have extensive experience as an electrical engineer. You will have experience in successfully delivering projects and involvement in testing and commissioning and handover and close-out stages of projects. You must be an Arabic speaker and a practicing Muslim, due to the project of this المنصب.
