Responsibilities

• Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site
• Installing, operating and training security network products
• Have a thorough working knowledge of Hyoon's security products
• Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels.
• Perform remedial repair activities on customer site.
• Perform assignments as directed by Response Centre senior technical staff.
