Responsibilities
  • Ensure the available manpower is fully traineddevelopedand motivated to perform at their full potential to achieve operational efficiencies 1 Employees are fully trained to optimum levels and their skills are adequate to meet operational objectives
  • Ensure the operational initiatives are aligned with the Farming strategies and the business unit is operated in a most cost-effective manner with high efficiency 1 Budgets are monitored and controlled on a regular basis 2 Operational efficiency is achieved
  • Ensure the farm machinery tractors trailers and other tools required in different crops growth stages are fully operational and efficient 1 Ensure the existing machinery is maintained to its 100
  • Ensure the health and safety standards are met in all the farm activities to ensure providing safe working environment for the employees 100% adherence to health and safety standards.All the accidents and major & minor incidents reported, and the mitigation plan developed
  • Ensure the set quality standards are followed and adhered to while managing various farm activities. 100% adherence to the quality standards and no deviations observed
  • Ensure the policies and standard operating procedures to manage the farm operations are followed and adhered by the employees 100% adherence to the policies and procedures. Deviations to the policies and procedures are monitored and recorded
