We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join an FMCG organization in Riyadh,KSA as an Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from ideation to completion, ensuring it stays within scope, time, and budget. He will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating resources and managing risks to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Project requirement gathering and scoping the Project in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
• Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility.
• Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
• Developing, maintaining and abiding by the project plans and time lines.
• Defining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively.
• Preparing and Managing Project Budget.
• Managing Project Procurement.
• Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline, time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
• Managing project resource alالموقع.
• Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis.
• Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management.
• Supporting external project within the domain of my specialization.
• Supporting the competency development of the team.
• Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of the الشركة.
• Executing Management directives as required.
• Functional Reporting to: Executive Manager - Building Maintenance & Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. PMP Certification is required, Member of KSE is a plus.
• Should hold the المنصب of Project Manager for at least 10 years, with proven track record of managing major Greenfield or Brownfield Projects internationally.
• Solid experience in FMCG industrial projects as Project Manager.
• The candidate must either come from an Engineering Consultants office, or General Contracting الشركة.
• Good experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline, time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
• Should be able to manage a multi project portfolio adept with Project portfolio management.
• Should have handled big Projects (minimum 100 million USD). Experience in KSA is an advantage.
• Familiar with KSA Governmental Rules and Regulation.
• Experience in dairy projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in working with MS office programs.
• Expert in working with MS Project.
• Proficient in working with CAD.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
