We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager - Roads to lead a major roads & infrastructure PMO in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing construction site management, logistics, and supervision of design consultant activities, along with maintaining schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality through inspections and commissioning.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the construction supervision activities of the design consultant and manage construction projects.
• Work closely with the Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participate in value engineering reviews during design and construction.
• Coordinate with a high level construction management team to provide oversight of site supervision and inspection services, as well as interface with commissioning and start up activities.
• Be based at the PMO site offices at all times to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor construction progress, chair progress meetings, and use innovation software to validate progress.
• Supervise the preparation of construction procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field (or equivalent construction work experience).
• Minimum 15+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience with large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign الموقعs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction related processes and industry practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capability.
