About the Role
In Riyadh, the Customer Care Representative plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between Boston Scientific, its customers, and distribution partners. The المنصب is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting the end-to to cash cycle while delivering an excellent customer experience with accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders received via email, phone, or other channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specific requirements such as consignment, bundled orders, returns, and free of charge deliveries.
Monitor the end to end delivery process, coordinating with distribution centers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Arrange and coordinate special or urgent deliveries when required.
Manage invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of orders and related records.
Handle and resolve customer service complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to inquiries from sales representatives, healthcare professionals (pharmacists, nurses, doctors) regarding orders, product availability, and deliveries.
Manage and follow up on backorders, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Support team operations by providing backup assistance when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or order to cash processes, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry.
Experience working with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, matrix environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
