the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.* **Manage** project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.* **Ensure** compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001), and other regulatory requirements.* **Coordinate** with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve project challenges.* **Develop** and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.* **Monitor** site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.* **Supervise** and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.* **Prepare** and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.* **Oversee** procurement processes, including with the **Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.* Proven expertise in project management tools such as **Primavera P6** and **AutoCAD Civil 3D**.* Strong knowledge of **Saudi Building Code (SBC)** and
