Job Description for Factory Manager

Job Title: Factory Manager

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years

Employment Type: Full -time

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage Daily Operations:

- Organize and coordinate all production activities.

- Monitor workflow and ensure targets are achieved.

2. Quality Supervision:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Implement quality improvement programs.

3. Human Resource Management:

- Recruit and train staff.

- Evaluate team performance and provide support and guidance.

4. Safety Management:

- Apply safety standards in the workplace.

- Conduct necessary training to ensure worker safety.

5. Planning and Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports for upper management.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

6. Budget Management:

- Develop budgets and operational costs.

- Seek ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Previous experience in factory or production management.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Good knowledge of modern manufacturing practices.

5. التخطيط والإبلاغ:

- إعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة العليا.

- تحليل البيانات لتحديد مجالات التحسين.

6. إدارة الميزانية:

- وضع الميزانيات والتكاليف التشغيلية.

- البحث عن طرق لخفض التكاليف وزيادة الكفاءة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

- شهادة بكاليوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة سابقة في إدارة المصانع أو الإنتاج.

- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.

- القدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.

المهارات المطلوبة

- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

- معرفة جيدة بممارسات التصنيع الحديثة.
