Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead country-level risk governance in alignment with global frameworks

Advise the Country General Manager and senior leaders on risk strategy and policy

Manage the Country Risk Committee and oversee key areas (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Clinical, IT)

Maintain and monitor the Risk Appetite and associated tolerances

Drive risk awareness and training across the organization

Partner with International and Enterprise Risk teams for reporting, audits, and strategic input

Support local governance reporting and due diligence for M&A activity

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 8-10 years in Risk Management, Governance, or Compliance

Background in complex, regulated industries (healthcare preferred)

Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; Masters or Risk qualification is a plus

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven ability to lead cultural change and build functional teams

High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
