Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and closing high-value deals within the interior fit-out, architectural, and construction sectors. The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have a strong track record of sales success in the KSA market.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across fit-out, architectural, and interior design projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and client engagement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and repeat business.

Site Visits & Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular site inspections and attend client meetings to assess project scope and client requirements.
  • Propose tailored design-build solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with the design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare compelling proposals.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables.

Sales Negotiation & Closure

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiation and contract closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research & Presentations

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight key value propositions.

Sales Reporting & Representation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts using CRM or internal tools.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out, architectural, or construction sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Driving License: Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction processes, and project lifecycles.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify leads, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a high-performance environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
