About the Role

The Wellness Manager will own and build Flow's Fitness, Sports & Wellbeing vertical across our Riyadh communities.

This is a hybrid role combining product design, experience design, community building, and business operations - with the goal of making Flow the leading wellness driven residential brand in the region.

You will be responsible for creating a wellness ecosystem that:

• Attracts new residents
• Deepens engagement and belonging
• Drives incremental revenue
• Improves retention and lifetime value

This role operates across multiple properties and requires a high level of ownership, creativity, and execution.

What You Will Own 1. Wellness Product & Amenities

• Ensure all wellness spaces (gyms, studios, recovery areas) are best in class, consistently maintained, and aligned with Flow's brand standards.
• Continuously improve the physical and experiential design of wellness amenities.
• Identify and implement new wellness offerings (e.g. recovery, nutrition, mental wellbeing).

2. Programming & Instructor Network

• Design and manage a high quality weekly class schedule across properties.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage top tier instructors from both within the community and the external market.
• Maintain consistent class quality, utilization, and experience standards.
• Balance free vs. paid offerings to maximize both engagement and revenue.

3. Community Activation (Fitness & Wellbeing)

• Build and activate the Fitness, Sports & Wellbeing community within Flow.
• Support the creation and growth of Flow Clubs and neighbor led initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Community Engagement Lead and Ambassadors.
• Create pathways for residents to participate, lead, and contribute.

4. Revenue & Business Growth

• Develop and scale wellness related revenue streams (classes, services, partnerships).
• Build partnerships with external wellness providers and brands.
• Track and optimize revenue per resident through wellness offerings.
• Ensure the wellness vertical contributes meaningfully to ARPU growth.

5. Marketing & Brand المنصبing

• Concept and execute wellness driven events and experiences that elevate Flow's brand in the market.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling wellness content and storytelling.
• Leverage events, instructors, and community leaders to build brand visibility and credibility.
• Activate public facing wellness experiences (e.g. pop ups, open classes) to attract new audiences.
• Ensure consistency between the wellness experience delivered on site and the brand presented externally.

6. Performance & Insights

• Track engagement, attendance, and satisfaction across all wellness initiatives.
• Analyze participation trends and continuously improve programming.
• Report on key metrics including engagement, revenue, and retention impact.

What Success Looks Like

• High and growing participation in wellness classes and clubs.
• Strong resident satisfaction and perceived value of wellness offering.
• Measurable contribution to:
  • Renewal rate.
  • Revenue per resident.
  • Leasing conversion.
• A vibrant, self sustaining wellness community within Flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or community driven operations.
• Strong understanding of fitness programming, instructor management, and wellness trends.
• Experience building or scaling a service or community based offering.
• Highly organized with strong execution ability across multiple الموقعs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
