Transportation Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule vehicles and drivers.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and AVLS tracking system.
• Handle rental companies, vendors, and monthly invoices.
• Manage accidents, breakdowns, insurance, and violations.
• Vehicle issuance/receiving and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Saudi laws.
• Skilled in TAMM (Traffic Management System).
• Experience in managing and distributing fuel using the WAIE system.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation or fleet coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).
• Arabic & English language preferred.
