Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Senior Road Engineer is responsible for leading engineering design activities to meet the الشركة's objectives for delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients.

Giving guidance and directions to team members including Junior engineers and designers /BIM modelers. Ensuring the implementation of الشركة system and standards. 

Leading the communication with client technical team as well as internal communications with other disciplines. Supporting in creating LOD.  
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:  

  •  Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality design and execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with other department leads, project managers, and clients to develop integrated engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the department.
  • A strong emphasis on expertise in codes and standards. ensuring high-quality deliverables for client consultancy services.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  1. Implementation of ground rules. 
  2. Timely and successful delivery resulted on overall high quality KPI.
  3. Implementation of innovative engineering solutions to improve project outcomes.
  4. Productivity of belonging team members. 
  5. Quality of works and getting approval from minimum numbers of review cycle for any submittal stage. 
  6. Implementations of الشركة standards and relevant norms. 

Job-Specific Skills: 

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools

Generic Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

 Bachelors of Civil Engineering.

Affiliations:

SCE Membership

Years of Experience/ Sector

8+ years of experience in the same field.
