About the Role:
The ERP Developer is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining the الشركة's ERP system to ensure efficient business operations and seamless system integration. The role supports various departments by delivering reliable technical solutions that enhance operational performance.
Responsibility:
Participate in project implementation and system enhancement initiatives.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
Configure and customize ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., Kastle / Orion).
Manage system integrations across multiple platforms.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in ERP development.
Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and customization based on business requirements.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into ERP system solutions.
Experience in financial services or lending systems (preferably Kastle & Orion).
Ability to lead and manage new ERP system projects from planning to go live.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience in developing, modifying, and optimizing database objects (procedures, functions, packages).
Effective communication with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
