DAR AL OMRAN - RASEM BADRAN (DAO-Badran) is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer - Structural to supervise structural works and ensure technical compliance, quality, safety, and coordination during construction.

This role requires a structural supervision professional with strong knowledge of site procedures, international standards, specifications, and construction quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise structural construction works including concrete, steel, foundations, and related structural activities
• Review structural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, inspections, and test reports
• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, structural quality, and compliance with approved documents
• Coordinate structural interfaces with architectural, MEP, civil, and specialist works
• Identify structural issues, non-conformances, site constraints, and corrective actions
• Support technical reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning-related readiness, and handover requirements
• Prepare site reports, inspection records, technical comments, and progress updates

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction supervision and execution of similar projects
• Working knowledge of site procedures and relevant international standards and specifications
• Strong capability in reviewing structural drawings, materials, RFIs, method statements, and inspections
• Good understanding of concrete, steel, foundations, structural testing, and quality control
• Strong coordination, reporting, and contractor management skills
• Experience in similar complex building projects is preferred
