الشركة Description

Bloomfield Holding is seeking ahighly professional and experienced Sales Representativeto join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and approach new clients and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular client visits and present products/services professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the الشركة's values.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Experience in المملكة العربية السعودية or GCC (preferred).
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to use LinkedIn for business networking (preferred).
• English proficiency required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Riyadh. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and reporting on sales performance will also be key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
