We're Hiring Purchase Officer - Interior Fit-Out & Construction

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with strong roots in the interior fit-out and construction industry to join our team.


About the Role

As our Purchase Executive, you will own the full procurement cycle from vendor sourcing and price negotiation to LPO processing and material delivery coordination ensuring our projects run on time, on budget, and to specification.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of fit-out materials, finishes, MEP products, FF&E, and joinery items

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for best value and quality

  • Prepare LPOs, process BOQ-based quotations, and maintain procurement schedules

  • Build and manage a structured vendor database with performance benchmarks

  • Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure zero supply chain disruptions

  • Monitor market pricing trends and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing within the interior fit-out and/or construction industry - this is non-negotiable

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of fit-out materials - joinery, flooring, wall finishes, FF&E, and MEP

  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost efficiencies

  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English - written and spoken

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, procurement trackers, and ERP systems is an advantageالمملكة العربية السعودية-based or immediately available to relocate
