Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah for a Sales Transformation professional. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, providing training for the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales goals and organizational objectives. The candidate will actively collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive transformation initiatives to optimize sales processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams for optimal performance
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sales transformation or related roles is preferred
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry
