Job Summary

Bellwether Contracting الشركة is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Specialist
with proven experience in the Saudi industrial and EPC sector. The ideal candidate will have
2–3 years of sales/business development experience
in EPC companies and strong exposure to
SABIC, ARAMCO, and major petrochemical clients
. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating inquiries, and building long-term client relationships across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, and industrial sectors.
  • Promote Bellwether's services including mechanical, scaffolding, maintenance, industrial services, temporary facilities, equipment rental, and manpower supply.
  • Generate inquiries, RFQs, and leads from SABIC, ARAMCO, and other petrochemical clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and operations team.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and project managers.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business from existing clients.
  • Regularly visit client offices and project sites for business expansion.
  • Maintain updated database of clients, inquiries, and project pipeline.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming shutdowns/projects.
  • Identify new service opportunities within existing clients.
  • Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, client presentations, and الشركة promotions.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with client vendor registration requirements (ARAMCO, SABIC, etc.).
  • Assist in prequalification submissions and vendor registrations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quotations, LPOs, contracts, and client communications.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of sales/business development experience in المملكة العربية السعودية
    .
  • Mandatory experience in
    EPC companies
    or industrial service providers.
  • Strong exposure and working experience with
    SABIC, ARAMCO, and petrochemical companies
    .

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial services and EPC environment.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
  • Familiarity with Saudi industrial market and client procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
