الوصف الوظيفي: Foreman - Mechanical Maintenance Experience

Minimum 8+ Years - Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Industry Preference: Steel Plant / Motor / Transformer Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering

Job Summary

Responsible for handling plant mechanical maintenance activities including preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and managing maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations
  • Handle Breakdown Maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ensure minimum downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Maintenance of:
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Pneumatic systems
  • EOT Cranes
  • Basic knowledge of Control & Automation systems
SAP & Documentation
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP
  • Maintain daily maintenance reports
  • Conduct breakdown analysis and maintain records
Manpower Management
  • Supervise technicians and helpers
  • Allocate daily work and monitor progress
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards
Coordination
  • Coordinate with production team for smooth operations
  • Identify improvement areas and reduce recurring issues Skills Required
    • Strong knowledge of plant maintenance practices
    • Hands on experience in hydraulics & pneumatics
    • SAP knowledge (PR creation preferred)
    • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
    Preferred Candidate
    • Experience in steel/metal/heavy manufacturing industry
    • Exposure to continuous plant operations
    • Strong team handling and leadership skills
