Job Description

EMNR30 - Sr. Technical Professional - Maintenance & Reliability Engineering. KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Root Cause Failure Analysis of equipment and provide guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue.
  • Oversee and manage the development of all Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
  • Lead and provide strategic guidance for Feasibility Studies to justify investment in new equipment or technology.
  • Oversee and manage all technical related activities in the plant to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of all predictive Maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in refinery or petrochemical with Reliability section.
  • Fluent in writing and reading English.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
  • Good knowledge in process operations of plant.
  • Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance planning management.
  • Strong technical understanding of reliability management.
  • Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Strong technical understanding of FMEA & RCM.
  • Strong technical understanding of cost benefit analysis.
  • Good technical understanding of quality management.
  • Good technical understanding of people management.
  • Good technical understanding of HSE requirements.
  • Well organized and proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
  • Ability to achieve business results working in a multi cultural environment.
  • Expert analytical skills.
