Job Purpose:

Ensure that all factory products (traffic signs, signboards, and related components) comply with quality standards, local and international specifications, and the specific approval requirements of
Saudi Aramco
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or Aramco-approved systems).
• Inspect raw materials and ensure compliance with specifications and approvals before production.
• Conduct routine quality tests (painting, reflective printing, welding, assembly, LED lighting) and document results as per Aramco requirements.
• Monitor final inspection programs to ensure products meet Aramco standards before delivery.
• Prepare and submit quality control reports to relevant internal and external parties.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and recommend corrective actions according to Aramco procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits conducted by Aramco quality teams.
• Ensure calibration of all inspection and measuring equipment is up to date and certified.
• Train technicians and workers on quality requirements and standards approved by Aramco.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma i
  n Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related fie
  ld.
• Minimum o
  f 3 years' experien
  ce in quality control, preferably in metal or traffic sign manufacturing.
• Aramco Approved QA/QC Inspector certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local and international standards (SASO, ASTM, ISO).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for reporting to Aramco.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
