We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Architecture / MEP) with 5 to 12 years of relevant experience, specifically in high-rise and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure that all architectural and MEP works comply with approved standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the QA/QC plan for Architectural and/or MEP works in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings related to Architecture and MEP works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues and NCRs.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of quality records.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems and architectural finishes.
• Support project handover activities, including preparation of as-built documentation and quality dossiers.
• Promote a strong quality culture across site teams in coordination with HSE and construction teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 to 12 years of proven QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise buildings and hospitality (hotel) projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and international quality standards.
• Experience working with consultants and third-party inspectors.
• Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, and MEP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale or luxury hospitality developments.
• Prior experience in the المملكة العربية السعوديةn market is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and project quality management systems.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
