AFCO is looking for Junior Purchasing Officer.

Job Summary

AFCO Food الشركة is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Officer with core experience in Purchasing, Warehouse, or Logistics operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of F&B, QSR, or FMCG industries and be capable of supporting procurement activities efficiently to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Compare quotations and analyze cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Communicate with local and international suppliers.
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve supply issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for stock verification.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRN (Goods Received Note).
• Support inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Assist in logistics planning and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with الشركة policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in: Purchasing, Warehouse or Logistics.
• Strong experience in F&B, QSR, or FMCG sector.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be available for local transfer inside المملكة العربية السعودية only.
• Valid Iqama with transferable status.
