Responsibilities

• Visit physicians to promote Pfizer products and provide approved medical information, dosage instructions, and side effect guidance.
• Distribute product samples and marketing literature to healthcare professionals.
• Report visits, activities, and customer interactions using PforceRx.
• Build and maintain relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge, secure product endorsement, and generate sales.
• Capture accurate, timely, and relevant customer knowledge and share it with colleagues via electronic customer management systems.
• Segment and target high‑potential customers and provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, promotion responses, product access, and competitive activities.
• Diagnose territory conditions, design, and execute territory business plans to achieve business objectives; prepare POA for territory and products.
• Present reports to HR manager and adapt to market needs; plan and organize regular value‑added programs, including AV & PHM activities.
• Attend regular sales meetings and cycle meetings, and share customer/territory information with teammates to motivate and support the team.
• Update territory records, maintain administrative systems, and generate reports as requested.
• Proactively manage personal development through IDP, seek feedback, and implement self‑development plans.
• As agreed with line manager, undertake additional assignments, ensuring objectives are met and outputs are delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation).
• Excellent knowledge of promoted products and relevant therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of competitors and effective selling and presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
