Unipart is seeking a Customer Service Manager to take full responsibility for our KSA-based Customer Service operation. You will provide excellence in customer care, build on existing networks, and drive growth while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

As part of your key responsibilities you'll:

  • Manage the prioritisation, escalation, and resolution of support incidents, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a dedicated team of customer service and logistics representatives.
  • Ensure the team follows end-to-end customer service processes, from order entry to the final delivery of goods.
  • Monitor team performance against set KPIs to ensure the achievement of the best possible results.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement local strategies for supply chain development to meet business needs, as well as cost and productivity targets.
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports to support forecasting and decision making for the business and finance teams.
About You

We'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!

  • BS degree/equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • Experience in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a high level of understanding regarding client relationship management.
  • Preferably specialised in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and solve complex problems while balancing service levels with operational budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
