Required QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you will be an enthusiastic and dedicated primary educator who is genuinely inspired by the IB philosophy and its commitment to developing curious, caring, and internationally minded learners. You will have the ability to design and deliver engaging, inquiry‑led units of work that are ambitious in scope, responsive to the needs of your students, and grounded in the PYP framework. Strong communication skills are essential — with students, their families, and your colleagues — as is the ability to use assessment meaningfully to inform planning and drive pupil progress. You will be collaborative, reflective, and deeply committed to high standards both inside and outside the classroom. A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school and to engage actively with the IB community of practice will be highly valued. Experience in an international or multicultural setting is an advantage, though not essential.
