Presales Engineer – ICT & ELV Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Engineer with strong expertise in ICT and ELV solutions to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge technical depth with clear customer communication, delivering solution designs that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT or Electronics.

Experience: Min. 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand technical, operational, and business requirements across ICT and ELV domains.
• Design and propose integrated solutions covering networking, cybersecurity, servers & storage, cloud services, IP telephony, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and other ELV systems.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOQs, solution architectures, and professional presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof‑of‑concept activities to support sales engagements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and project delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, vendor roadmaps, and market trends to enhance solution المنصبing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, PABX, SMATV, Fire Alarm, Public Address, etc.).
• Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Relevant vendor certifications (Cisco, Hikvision, Fortinet, Microsoft, Aruba, etc.) are an advantage.
