POS Installation & Activation Specialist

We are looking for a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to join our Operations team and support the deployment and activation of POS devices across partner الموقعs.

This role involves on-site installations, technical troubleshooting, partner training, and ensuring smooth device activation within the required SLA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit partner الموقعs to install and activate POS devices
  • Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity
  • Conduct device testing and activation verification
  • Train partners and staff on basic device usage and operations
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site (hardware, connectivity, software)
  • Replace or reconfigure devices when required
  • Document installation activities and update activation workflows
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure installations and issue resolution are completed within SLA timelines
Requirements
  • +1 years of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deployment
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
  • Good communication skills when dealing with partners and merchants
  • Ability to work in field operations and travel between الموقعs
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational SLAs
