Join our luxury hospitality team as a SPA Therapist, where you'll deliver exceptional wellness and relaxation experiences to our guests. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction through personalized spa treatments and therapies in a tranquil setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapies tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of all spa rooms, ensuring a pristine and relaxing environment.
• Consult with guests to suggest suitable treatments based on their individual preferences and requirements.
• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards across all spa operations.
• Promote spa services and retail products, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and booking schedules.
• Collaborate proactively with other spa team members and hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Must have requirements

• Diploma or certification in spa therapy or massage therapy from a reputable institution.
• Proven experience as a spa therapist or similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold guest confidentiality at all times.
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene protocols and maintain a high standard of personal grooming.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Nice to have requirements

• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel spa setting.
• Training in aromatherapy, reflexology, Ayurveda, or other holistic practices.
• Knowledge of retail sales or wellness product promotion.
• Multilingual abilities for seamless guest communication.
• Certification in advanced therapeutic techniques or specialized spa treatments.
