The Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) Cloud (SaaS) solutions. The role involves stakeholder engagement, solution design, process optimization, and managing end-to-end WMS delivery across large-scale transformation programs in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud (SaaS) solutions
  • Define and design warehouse processes including:
  • Inbound (Receiving, Putaway)
  • Inventory Management (Cycle counting, replenishment)
  • Outbound (Picking, Packing, Shipping)
  • Configure WMS modules as per business requirements
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and SaaS capabilities
2. Functional Leadership
  • Act as a functional SME for Oracle WMS Cloud
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, and solution demos
  • Provide guidance to functional consultants and junior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, OTM, Procurement, Finance)
3. Integration & Ecosystem
  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations with:
  • ERP (Oracle Fusion SCM)
  • OTM / GTM
  • Third-party systems (RF devices, automation systems)
  • Define integration touchpoints and data flows
4. Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with business stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive governance, reporting, and status communication
  • Support PMO in project planning and execution
5. Testing & Deployment
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and deployment planning
  • Ensure quality delivery and defect resolution
  • Support data migration and cutover activities
6. Support & Optimization
  • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Ensure SLA adherence in AMS / support environments
Required Skills & Competencies Functional Skills
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud (SaaS)
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Warehouse operations & logistics processes
  • Inventory management & order fulfillment
  • Experience in RF, Barcode, and warehouse automation integration
Technical Awareness (Preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • APIs, Web Services
  • Understanding of system integrations and data migration
Domain Expertise
  • Experience in industries such as:
  • Retail / E-commerce
  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics / Supply Chain
Eligibility Criteria
  • 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience with at least 3-5 WMS Cloud implementations
  • Proven leadership experience in large transformation programs
  • Experience working in Middle East projects (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications
  • Oracle Cloud SCM Certification (WMS / Inventory / Logistics)
  • PMP / Agile Certifications (nice to have)
