Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Sales Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Riyadh, with the flexibility to work remotely on specific occasions. The candidate will manage online sales processes, build and nurture customer relationships, respond to inquiries, promote products, and contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role will include training customers on product features to enhance their experience with ALARID's offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to assist clients in a professional, courteous manner
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
• Proven experience in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies to promote products and boost online sales
• Experience in providing product Training to clients to enhance product understanding and satisfaction
• Proficiency in using digital tools for online sales and marketing
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
