About the role:
To supervise the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors ensuring that they plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for their designated portfolio within the CPP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analyzing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that Supply Planning Supervisors tasks are achieved.
Create purchase requisitions within SAP in order to maintain agreed packaging & ingredient stock level.
Liaise with Operations Purchasing to manage any supply issues, and deal with any impact on material requirement plans
Maintain your portfolio Working Capital within budget levels by maintaining optimal stocks of all items through detailed planning and review.
Scheduling deliveries from local suppliers must consider any space constraints within our warehousing operation.
Ensure 100% optimization of our Blow & Injection molding facility.
Requirements:
Diploma in supply chain or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in MRP within a Supply-planning environment.
