Role: Marketing & Business Development Intern

الموقع: Riyadh, KSA

Reporting Line: Head of Department

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercial mindset with interest in legal services, marketing, or business development
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel specifically)

Primary Job Purpose

• Support the Marketing & Business Development team in executing initiatives that enhance the firm’s market presence, client engagement, and business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, and client presentations
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights
• Help maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and internal initiatives
• Assist in developing marketing materials including presentations, profiles, and newsletters
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (lawyers and departments) to gather required inputs
• Track and report on BD activities and campaign performance where relevant
• Support content development for social media and internal communications
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to BD and marketing initiatives

Education & Certificate

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Previous internship experience is a plus but not required
• Strong interest in marketing, client engagement, and professional services environment
