Your new role

As Digital Health Manager, you will drive digital health innovation across all indications, creating connected ecosystems that enhance patient journeys and bring digital products to market at speed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading digital health strategies and innovation across all indications to drive brand visibility and business growth.
• Enhancing patient journeys through the healthcare system and their onboarding onto therapy
• Managing online advertising campaigns, promotional activities, Google Ads and social media
• Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
• Building capabilities for rapid testing of solutions to deliver digital products into the market

Your new department

You will join the Cardiometabolic Marketing Unit, reporting directly to the Cardiometabolic Consumer Marketing Director. The department is committed to enhancing the lives of patients by ensuring seamless treatment pathways through innovation, collaboration, and strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, the department plays a vital role in shaping patient outcomes across KSA and beyond.

Your Skills & Qualifications
We're seeking a digitally savvy marketing innovator who can translate emerging technologies into real-world patient solutions. You should bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Creativity and innovation in creating engaging digital campaigns.
