At Amazon, our mission is to be Earth's most customer centric الشركة. We're seeking an exceptional Content Developer to join our Amazon INFC Learning team to support operations training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization. Your work will include graphic design, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content. You will develop comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, and manage learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesAdhering to the core principles of adult learning, we create learning materials that are engaging and interactive to increase knowledge retention and recall. We work with Operations, Business, Program & Training Delivery teams to identify the scope of training, and use modalities such as bite size learning (mobile), OPLs, infographics, instructor led, blended instruction, and assessments to build quality learning experiences for our learners. We periodically evaluate these materials to assess effectiveness.
