Description

If you are a supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment, you might be a good fit to join Amazon.com Supply chain team. This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Support business growth in a constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions
  • Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation
  • Rollout best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end‑to‑end supply chain losses
  • Utilize problem‑solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
  • Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization
Basic Qualifications
  • Candidate must have basic Supply Chain/Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework
  • High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
