About the role In conjunction with business systems, reports and production schedules, ensure the timely arrival / placement / confirmation of all material requirements from outside suppliers (purchase orders) and Kerry Group sites globally (Stock Transfer Orders) Key responsibilities Lead the resolution of any stock out issues to avoid compromising production and/or customer delivery deadlines Support and participate in the commercialisation process through to launch of all new products introduced into the Philippines market. Work closely with the Procurement Technology Buyers on all material requirements for KSA Maintain and review raw material stock levels with view to maximise cash flow and meet agreed targets Generate and report on weekly 'At Risks' materials and flag up projected stock shortfalls through the Technology Supply Process and provide commentary on actions taken to meet deadlines Work with technical teams to develop action plans for slow moving stocks to reduce stock write-offs Work with and develop expertise in material call-off planning using SAP ECC & APO modules Qualifications and skills Candidate will be qualified to degree level in an Supply Chain, Business / Commercial discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in doing material call-off, preferably in a food manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential; SAP experience is a definite advantage. A deep knowledge of Supply Chain with the ability to think logically in a fast changing environment is essential English verbal and written communication competencies are essential Key Competencies Possess an open nature / collaborative mind-set that enables you to work with people from different functions and levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exemplify the highest level of professionalism in both internal and external environments Strong organization and time management skills Demonstrate relentless drive and determination to achieve success Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions Possess strong planning and analytical skills and be able to take complex issues and break down actions for resolutions and working with tight deadlines Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
